At PawPetica, we want every customer and every cat to feel comfortable with our products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
12-Month Warranty
We offer a 12-month limited warranty for quality-related issues from the date your order is delivered.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects, functional issues, or product failures that occur under normal use. If your product has a confirmed quality issue within the warranty period, we may offer a replacement part, product replacement, repair solution, or other appropriate support.

- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem
- Your shipping address
Return Eligibility
For hygiene and safety reasons, used litter boxes cannot be returned unless there is a confirmed product quality issue.
We accept return requests only if:
- The item is defective, damaged, or not working properly upon arrival
- The wrong item was sent
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used litter boxes
- Items with cat litter, waste, hair, odor, stains, or signs of use
- Products damaged by improper use, misuse, unauthorized repair, or accidental damage
- Items returned without prior approval
- Clearance, final sale, or promotional items, unless defective
Return Shipping
If the return is caused by our error or a confirmed product defect, we will provide return instructions and may cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is requested for personal reasons and approved by us, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may contact us after delivery to check whether your order is eligible for return.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos or videos.
